I stopped dairy and my skin cleared and digestion is better.Soymilk,almond milk ,coconut milk nacadamian nut milk oat milk always organic.I use all of them mix it up so I get a bunch of different nutrients
Do you have any one piece swimsuit recommendations? I was looking for some but a lot of them give major wedgies or are so low cut that when I lay in my board my girls spill out on full display lol
