hi!! this week I'm getting back into shape! I've been in such a movement rut recently and it felt SOOOO good to move my body again. I found a few new things and ways to keep up with workouts going forward that'll be super beneficial for my surfing too.

I started swimming during my pregnancy and my little routine is first ten laps:warm up just arms, focusing on my arms mainly and getting into rhythm, ten laps back stroke, really focusing on my kicks, ten laps free style, and last ten breast stroke/cool down… I am in my third trimester so doing 40 laps at 35 minutes is more then enough for me but yeah🤗 a little inspo for your swim routine even tho you didn’t ask

yes!! especially the breath work in swimming helped translate to my surfing/getting held under so much!

hi, sav 🙂 very nice surfer girl diaries episode, almost 20 minutes length, like 2 episodes in 1! the track that sounds at 4:52 reminds me one called 'en la ciudad de la furia' (something like 'in the city of rage' would be in english? haha) by the argentinian band soda stereo, you know them? they were so popular here in south america, 🤔i doubt in the united states though, but idk!... it's so good that you're getting back to move your body again, doing some yoga, some surf, etc especially surfing cause you enjoied so much, feeling good and strong in the water💪🌊 you're definitely right about that is good to move the body as long as it's possible, cause sometimes due to health issues you can't do it properly or can't do it at all, for instance, some time ago i had a backache (lower back pain) and got to stop jogging, but now i'm slowly getting back to it, and i feel good about that 😊 so that's a good piece of advice i think, to move the body as long as you can ☺ hope the granola business are doing well 👍 have a good one!
