SURFING BALLINA NEAL PURCHASE JNR on his New Twin Fin Design 

In this video I filmed Neal Purchase JNR surfing at Boulder Beach Ballina testing his new twin fin design in small waves.
Neal mentioned that this board wasn't designed for these types of small waves, but still, he threw it around.
