Hello Young G's, Hurricane Henri downgraded but breezed by somewhere between montauk and block island. We woke up super early and paddled out for a 4 hour session during which Herni finallly reached land. I'm stoked to have caught a few waves and had the chance to almost make a big right barrel. You never know what these types of swell's throw at you, so the day was a true adventure. Thanks so much to Bobby D for hitting me up early in the am and the rest of the surfers who charged in the pouring rain! We'll see you on the next swell!
