Ok well, as far as surfing goes there was absolutely no etiquette from locals or visitors. Everybody dropping in on everybody. Fucking carnage. Stinking open sewer or whatever it was running throw the place, piles of shit everywhere. Beach was covered in crap from the town. As soon as I got off the plane fuckers were either trying rip me off and/or sell me some shit. Even if you're trying to be low-key you get hassled from the moment you leave where you're staying and it never fucking stops.
