I miss paddling in the ocean. This vid makes me really miss it. It’s only been 6 weeks due to my bugling disc but it feels like forever. I hope I remember how to paddle still????? I am going to see if I can sit on my spec ski in the lake this weekend for at least 20 minutes. If my back hates it, at least I can jump off and walk back in the fairly swallow lake. No chance of doing that in the ocean. I am wondering what leg drive is since I really needed to work on it prior to my injury. Fortunately I am going swimming tomorrow.
Sorry to hear about your back issue. I broke mine in a MTB accident in 2016, so can definitely relate to your pain!! The body always remembers, you'll be fine. Leg drive begins with heel pressure on the footplate and initiate's your torso rotation......work on it, it's essential 👌
