Beginner Course - If you’re a beginner surfer, It’s vital to follow up after your first lesson, get in the water as much as possible, and continue the learning process. But if you don’t live near the ocean or can’t find the time, it’s tricky! Surf Fear Course - Anyone who knows me, knows firsthand that I hate big waves, and to be honest, it’s probably something that’s holding my surf progression back. Confidence is massive in surfing, and if you’re new to it, fear can stop you from progressing and surfing your dream locations. My friends over at House of Surf have developed a course to combat this fear! The course takes you through scientific theory on how to control your breathing and avoid panic in the water. While the Course might not turn you into Nathan Florence, it’s super helpful for feeling more confident in bigger surf.
