Most of the wiring insulation says max volt rating is 600 volts . I wonder if supplying high voltage damages the insulation . can you explain why the insulation is not being damaged by the high voltage ??? what kind of test can be performed to find out why a rewound motor is pulling high amps ??? there is no voltage imbalance. motor and cables megged good.
