Surgeon general report shows pressure parents are feeling 

The stress that parents feel has caught the attention of the surgeon general, who in a recent report is calling parent stress a significant public health issue. Education expert Cynthia Muchnick co-authored the book "The Parent Compass," which was a reality check on the pressures teenagers face. That book and the surgeon general's report "Parents Under Pressure" share parallels on what both teens and parents feel.
