I got this surgery last year and it didn't really work for me at all. I still have trouble breathing through my nose, it also made my nose feel dry all the time so it caused more problems than fix. Post-surgery recovery is absolutely horrible though, it's not painful but it's so uncomfortable. It feels like a water balloon inside your nose at all times. That was the longest week of my life. My doctor told me I could go back to the hospital if I have any more problems but I'm too scared to go back and essentially ask for the same surgery again. I hope it works for you, man. Get better soon!
I think 40 minutes of cringe and scare from asking for the same surgery is not gonna be bad cuz for the rest of your life you will be able to breath normally
Hey Plainrock , nice knowing you're still doing well haven't seen you in a while and just checked in the moment you uploaded this. Hope you're still doing well after that surgery , looks painful.
I literally just got that surgery yesterday, and seeing someone else get it is really encouraging that I can get through it just fine. Hope you had a good recovery!
I had a septoplasty done around 2 months ago and honestly you notice such a difference! The most annoying part is post surgery where you have packing in your nose so breathing is even harder than before surgery .. But honestly once the packing came out I could smell so much better!! Breathing became the best feeling I’ve ever had lol. And best of all before my septoplasty I was prone to horrible horrible sinus headaches that now seem to have vanished. The best moment is when I was actually able to smell grass in the morning .. which sounds weird but when you’ve gone your whole life never knowing what all the buzz was about let me tell you it smells amazing! I’m adding this part to also clarify I had my sinuses opened up during my septoplasty also which may be why my sinus pressure migraines are seemingly gone! No extra healing time needed for that tho it’s all healed together wonderfully. They said I have another month or so of healing before really noticing the full benefits but I honestly can’t imagine it being any better than it is now!
When I saw this in my recommendations, I was worried that something to you. Glad it wasn't life-threatening, and that you finished your surgery. Hope you feel better.
Well, I hope it does turn out life changing, especially for the scary crap you had to go through to get to it! Get well as fast as possible! And take as long of a break as you need to! I'm always waiting, uh, some what patiently for your videos!
Don’t sweat surgery man! I was just like you, I always feared surgery. A few months ago I had (semi life saving surgery) my appendix was about to rupture and they took me in for surgery. It’s scary to think about, but there’s nothing to worry about! I was in bed for a week with some pain and swelling but it wasn’t bad at all!
When he slams his head down on the pillow, you can just tell he's in lots of pain, hope you get better soon. ❤️🩹 EDIT: People Keep Stealing My Comment, Please Report Them. :)
Had some sort of symptoms even after covid where my nose was clogged for ages, and i entirely feel your pain, eating sucks when you have to stop and open your mouth to breathe ever so often
I couldn’t imagine having to breathe through my mouth throughout my life. I’ve found it difficult to breathe through my mouth and it always feels like I’m choking. So I’ve always breathed through my nose, anyways, I wish you the best during your recovery!
I have a General Anesthetic tomorrow. I've been hungry ever since! the doctor says I cant eat anything today!!! I understand how you feel King. It's good that your OKAY now

So, I kind of feel with you in terms of the IV, a year or two ago, I got my first Covid Pfizer shot. An hour later, I told my mom that I thought I needed to use my nebulizer(I have asthma) and she rushed me to the hospital. I didn’t know it, but I was having an allergic reaction to the Covid shot. We ended up coming out of the hospital at around 11 at night, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. That hospital grade turkey sandwich tasted like the le croy of sandwiches.
How are you doing are you alright I ended up having asthma hours after my second Pfizer shot I keep wheezing and down to 74% lung composite. I wonder if I had a allergic reaction but just didn’t know it I’m still wheezing and requiring daily inhaler treatments for the past year and a half. It’s hard to tell why this has gone on this long.
@@Crazyreviewer123 damn, I don’t know if it’s an allergic reaction, but I think there have been other people who have also had a similar reaction to the Pfizer 2nd shot.
I only have one thing to say Take time for your recovery and even if you have to delay 50 more ways to break a switch lite I'll be happy with that either way because I want you to have the best life possible seeya
