I am looking for information on a low powered mult-sourse surgical laser that aims for the same target but from different angles to not heat up the surrounding tissue. English is my second language so finding the right words is complicated.

No. These devices are pre-set and designed to be very easy to use. All you need is a key to turn them on. A tech or nurse will test them, then the doc uses them to perform the procedure.
