This work is no sleep believe me I've done this job for a year, very very hard work. My boot has even sort of rescued this ship and its crew members. Very rugged work n workers
With all that Deck room you should put a sorting table on the deck big enough to hold the whole catch... Get rid of the little shit table, sort the prawns (as us Aussies call them) then wash them so much easier
