I bought my son a bundle and in his first pack he pulled an Ancient Gold Dragon borderless foil! Also a normal Ancient Silver Dragon in the same bundle. I'm officially having him crack all of my packs from now on.

At this point you've convinced me to stay the hell away from this set unless there on a super steep discount. No way I'm paying 37 dollars for ONE pack of collectors cards. Wizards must be sniffing there own farts really hard to think these huge price jumps are gonna stick with ppl and your not going to get anything good from them 99% of the time.

I double tapped a Morphic Pool in a set pack. Can’t complain about that. Gonna crack another collector box tonight. Will put it up on my channel.

I just looked at Scryfall and there currently are no extended art Ancient Dragons in this set, in the spoiler-streams they also just showed the Full Art, Rulebook and normal style.

Ancient Gold Dragon (normal) was my best pull from a Set booster. This set is like guaranteed poundtown.

Joey I’ve been thinking ever since your flea market video when you asked “ what is the weirdest thing you have collected?“ I found a box with movie tickets inside that I’ve kept from when i was in high school when I used to go to the movies with old girlfriends.

The reason those dragons can't be find as often is because they're not Legendary. This means less slots in the collector's pack are available for them! (only 3, of which 1 can have the foil extended art version) Honestly, I think getting a neon ink card has a higher chance!

Bought one pack from the card store and I got an ancient brass dragon showcase card and font of magic extended art

I pulled the Blue d20 dragon borderless foil, it only took 2 collector booster packs. I only bought the collector pack on a whim since I was buying a binder for the cards I pulled from other packs. Been debating on buying a booster box of Collectors, since the two single packs I bought had a lot of value.

Nothing pisses me Off more than one of my rares being a jelly fish.

I pulled a full art Minsc and Boo, Timeless Heroes out of a set booster and the. Proceeded to terrify my friends with the beefiest and scariest Red Hamster with Trample and Haste for the rest of the night.

same pack I pulled an ancient copper extended and ancient brass extended foil

I got a set box and pulled nothing really good except Unholy Grotto. I played in prerelease and we made a gentleman's agreement to split the packs. I ended up in 2nd and in the three set packs I got the very last pack had an ancient gold and copper dragon. I bought three collectors packs and in the first I pulled a brass dragon showcase, sold it got the green one showcase foil and the last one did not have a dragon but from what I've heard it's almost impossible to get more than 2 dragons in a collector's box even.

I’m glad that you’re doing these openings so we don’t have too. Paying 110$ for a draft or set booster box is fine but 280~300$ for this? Hell no. Box prices will tank within 4 weeks. I’ll pick one up when they’re at the 150$ range.

I had 3 boxes and not a single dragon (any of them) also no planeswalkers. All three of the boxes where a total bust.. I was not even close to being happy

My best pull was a foil Ancient Copper dragon rulebook frame and Extended art Brass dragon. Can't really complain about that.

Got 3 set boosters. And open one Ancient Copper dragon, fullart foil. Alt version. I Think you should go for the set boosters instead.

The more I see these collector boxes opened, the more I suspect WOTC intentionally designed the set to limit the drop of these Dragons... in order to "drive up demand" of that stupid overpriced Dragon Secret Lair.

The boxes with double masters cards seem way better

Rudy posed this dilemma on his previous vid. Does the scarcity of chase borderless dragons increase or decrease the value of the boxes?

Borderless foil ancient copper and a showcase copper dragon in my one box opened so far.

Not sure if any one mentioned it yet or not. But WOTC has been dropping a double masters card in either the common or uncommon spot. Leaking next set in this set. Look out for them. Collector packs only as far as I know.

Prerelease packs are the way to go pulled one copper dragon extended art and 3 brass dragons extended arts

I had better luck pulling stuff out of the bundle box than I did my set booster box. Only got 1 dragon in set booster box vs 3 dragons( 1 being red ) in bundle box.

I pulled 3 ancient dragons in my first 12 packs lol. Foil Brass and Bronze normal art, and non foil silver normal art. Guess I got lucky? Or is it just the extended art that’s rare?

I got a extended art anchient silver dragon not foil bought $50 box so not bad 😀

Yeah those dragons are most definitely the case cards. I’ve been looking at the prices of all those borderless dragons and oh boy they are not cheap. Especially the borderless ancient copper dragon which the cheapest I’ve seen it was around $190. Which is pretty insane and kinda exciting considering they were only like 80-90 a few days ago lol.

I only made it in a couple minutes until I got depressed from horrible pulls.

I made a proxy of Master Chef with Master Chief wearing a chefs hat as the art. Needless to say even the proxy haters took a liking to it.

This set value wise is really bad lol , but thank goodness the reprints are down

This set is amazingly expensive at Walmart, single set boosters 9$, bundles are like 70$ idk how much the collectors were probably 35/40$

It is amazing to read all the "gloom and doom" about this set when it was just released yesterday. Okay, maybe the dragon cards are the chase cards for this set but you have options, have we not survived other sets with chase cards. This is not the end of the world. The value is there, some just lose sight of this in their failure to pull "The Card." Why not step back, take a deep breath, and spend a moment to reflect on and appreciate the fine talent that went into the artwork for the cards. Remember "Patience young Padawan" or "Patience you must have" might be appropriate in this instance. Don't get yourselves wrapped up in another's misery and misfortune, the fortune and glory is out there waiting to be discovered. Thank you Joey for opening these collector boxes and revealing these amazing pieces of art.

The dragons are not legendary creatures so they have a lower chance of being in the collectors boxes. Go buy draft boxes.

Well, although the foil borderless version of those dragons are rare pulls, I can't justify to pay that money for an 2022 card, if there are e.g. revised duals that cost almost the same price and almost are 30 years OOP as well as they're on the reserved list... Weird economy nowadays. But why should I complain. More duals, for a decent price and good conditions for me :P

This set is going to be a long haul for value but there are some great cards in this set ghat will take off
