you're still limited by what the controller can do. you cant turn faster, or react any faster than anyone can with a controller. i don't see it as cheating, some people are better with controllers or vice versa.

+Sinoops because re arranging the controller around to utilize more of your fingers isn't cheating, but having a tool that is much more accurate (like a mouse) and allows you to re act faster is cheating.

My dad uses the XIM4 and he loves it, kinda hard to setup though. He actually got access some of the betas for the company and flew in and met the creator, it was pretty interesting! Hope you enjoy it!
I agree with what you said about playing fps with a keyboard and mouse. It's so easy and your sensitivity is faster if you think about it because it depends on how fast you swipe (SNIPER NO SNIPING) and makes sniping a lot easier. And when I say a lot I mean A LOT so it can help you with sniping in comp or just in a normal match
