Yeah, when I saw Kripp use the swap I was like :0 you won Kripp! But then on the opponents turn he was confused. he didn't know what he did! lol Denying the draw of the buffed up kingsbane!!

No he was confused because they changed the "copy" effect. They said all copied cards hold their buffs. He probably thought, that they changed the interaction with shadow version as well.

@@Charlie7753 that would be strange because as far as I know shadow reflection has never worked like that. It's always been a vanilla version of the card you just played. The same as playing an echoed buffed minion

i mean he probably knew that the shadow version didn't carry the buff, he just wanted to stop taking fatigue damage, forgetting that krip still has the swap deck card in his hand, fucked up.

how didn't he notice when his opponent shuffled down the buffed king's bane into his deck, when he swapped deck and ruined for his opponent the chance to draw the king's bane to heal himself?

Last play Kripp and apparently the chat were wrong; the buffed Kingsbane got shuffled into the opponent's deck when he played a fresh one with Death's Shadow. The "good" Kingsbane got passed back and forth between decks.

I always thought that animation time should suspend the timer. If there's one part of Hearthstone that I hate, it's when fancy animations prevent you from playing while the timer still goes on. But muh indie company I guess.

The problem is that this forever opens up the possibility of being held hostage in games. If I'm consistantly playing something like shadowvisions. The game wouldn't be over, they might not be able to win, but with just 2 radiants and a shadowvisions in your hand and deck, you could make a near infinite turn. It'd also make Shudderwock even more unbearable then it already was.

Shudderwock is not a player interaction card.

Discover effects should not interrupt the timer. It's something that requires a player action, so it has nothing to do with animation time really. Shudderwock is a very unique and special case (same as Yogg and Tess, though I think Yogg should actually interrupt the timer. It's usually only played once every other game and when many spells were played, he usually kills himself pretty quickly)

So basically what happened. His opponent did get an exact copy but he used death knight valeera to play another copy which isn't supposed to have the buffs. He used that to cycle his buffed kingsbane into his deck to try and avoid dmg.

8:59 it does copy the buffs. He just used the Valeera's hero power and played a copy of Kingsbane to prevent fatigue damage each turn.

With all these Mecha'thun videos recently on youtube one mith think that people forgot their true old god. Kripp play some wild C'thun decks pls, i miss the good old times when every new player got a copy of one of the most important and powerful legendaries for free so that they could basically instantly start playing ranked with an impressively viable deck.

It does work. He even attacked with the stolen 8 attack lifesteal kingsbane. But then he used a shadow kingsbane which gave him a starting version of the weapon. The buffed one was that card that was passed back and forth in the deck. Kripp got confused because the opponent massively messed up
