Turnin and ryler are giants

Awesome back handspring Ava!! I was able to do them when your age also and often had problems with my arm strength to finish it off. I was told to do a handstand against a wall and use my body weight to do handstand pushups. Just bend your elbows a little and then push back up. Do as many as you can and a few times a day. It really does work!! I always loved a good challenge too😉! I wasn't very good at it at first (had hard time just doing one or two) and took a while but I did get stronger! Congrats on your solo win!! I did watch but not sure I commented. I am sure you all had a GREAT time at Disney and can't wait to see the videos!! Fun times!!
