It’s understandable why people are pissed at Addison. Marko spent so much time customizing two shoes for her (which were, by the way, so good) and she didn’t even bother to say a simple thank you? It’s a basic moral value and she should know that by now.
WHAT Addison doesn't even have literally 5 minutes to open a pair of shoes! she could've at least shown some appreciation. And if you don't have the time, don't say you'll do it and then not send anything.
