Hey Jada, you already started because you recognize what's going on. I suffered from depression and exstream anxiety last year and wanted to jump off a bridge. I listened to everything I could on self healing and boundaries. I'm fine now, I have a long way to go, but I'm happy,at peace and content. You can do it. Trust me.❤ love you
Jesus Christ is the light and love that saved and helped me from drinking and smoking, i highly recommend rebuilding a relationship with God. All the trauma and hurt will shift almost instantly
