I gym too and i recommend blow drying your hair asap after the workout with cool air not hot. Your hair will look clean like you just showered. I can do that the first 3-4 days I just washed my hair. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Also I love to see how you’ve grown from single, to a relationship, to having children and having rollers on you ❤️ Many blessings to you and your family ❤️❤️❤️

FYI brush baby Kaeli’s hair EVERYDAY with a comb and she will have LONG HAIR ❤ I did it with my baby and she always complimented on her long her. Now I braid it and it’s getting longer 🥰
