The new bumper looks great, but there is definitely a need for a Matt proofed protection for the intercooler. 😉

The front bumper does look really cool. But I think you need to protect the charged air cooler. Because remember, Matt Carricker will be driving. 😆

Great Vid. Love the bumper design, the only thing i see i would maybe think about is the upright brackets that hold the bumper on may want to stick out a little more on bottom. That way they can help prevent any damage to inter cooler in case of hitting something straight on in front, Just a thought.

Cutting the center section out of the old push bumper and mounting it inside the "bumperettes" should be solid enough to protect the cooler and mount with the existing holes. That might also make a decent mounting point for the snatch rings.

I wonder if the piece in front of the air cooler could somehow echo those kind of ripple effect spaces in the grill just above it. But instead of mimicking the holes in the grill, I picture something that’s more complimentary to it, kind of like rays of a sun that start at a vanishing point and are skinnier at the bottom and match up to the wider spaces of the grill at the top. I admire your work and your channel!

Love the build! Pretty sweet looking!! Definitely need to "Matt-proof" that intercooler!!!! My thought, since you asked, make a steel tunnel bent with the profile of the bumper to go around the outside of the intercooler......then use details from the grill above it to make a protective "grid" on the inside. Hey, you could get a couple more bumpers and cut out the same size section as between your "bumperettes" and space them 2 to 3 inches apart. Make a grill for the intercooler out of bumpers. 😀

Inspiring build, very impressive!!!

When you make the back valance, the piece that is at the hitch receiver make the panel slide into the receiver when not towing a trailer. Then when he pulls a trailer he can just pull it out and expose the the receiver and put the hitch with the ball on it in its place.

Put another push bumper bracket down the center. Then get some 1x1 angel bar and place them evenly between the left and right push bracket and create a grill .
