You spend countless hours just waiting sitting there with no more hope in your eyes left as the months past, people don’t even recognise you anymore your hair and beard are overgrown you’ve became skinny as you struggle to get by day by day without food, while sitting on the sidewalk you see your old friends walking past you but you’re too embarrassed to even walk up to them and see you like this so you just ignore them which adds another nail into your bleeding heart. You go dumpster diving for food ally to ally just so you can survive in the world, everyday your begging for money roughly just making not even $5 a day because society tramples over you without even stopping turning an eye to give you money, your self esteem is really low you go to your dealer to give you some more to numb the pain but you don’t have enough for food and drugs, at the same time so you decide really hard and try to cheat him into giving you the drug for a low price but he catches your scheme and beats you up, which leaves you with a Bruised body broken bone with a fractured foot so you wake up hours later at night in the dark ally you start limping back to your begging spot, being sober for almost a week now you think to yourself with your body hurting all over and for the first time in months you cried really hard thinking to yourself how did it become like this how did you fall this far in that hole you kept digging for yourself. With no one around you to hear you cry you listened to your surroundings you hear all sorts of things the city, people and cars moving with life day by day not stopping the wind howling you slowly drift to sleep, the next day as winter slowly approaches you limp find an ally to avoid the cold wind you sit at the other end of a dumpster it becomes really cold unbearable for you to handle in your clothes that you’ve haven’t changed since you started drinking your endless shivering thinking your about to die with the worst possible things you’ve never thought would ever come to your life at the lowest point of your life your about to die, thinking to yourself that you’ve haven’t gotten revenge to make them pay, to make them suffer as you have. The life slowly drains from your eyes, then you hear someone suddenly approaching a person finally walks up to you it’s another homeless person with overgrown hair and beard he sat down next to you and shares with you his blanket and some of his food and hot drink with you. He told you his name is Allen, funny you said to yourself as the name sounds familiar. Allen used to be once successful in life he had everything a nice house a nice car and a beautiful girlfriend, you start thinking to yourself where you’ve heard the name before. Allen couldn’t keep up with his girlfriend’s taste for a lavish lifestyle he spent every last penny he had just to keep her around. But with everything he brought her she wanted it to be better the next time around with every trip around the world it had to be better next time with every luxurious party it had to be out done the next time around just to keep her happy, it went on for a months until Allen’s father found out and cut him off from the family’s wealth his father kicked him out from the family corporate business removed his name from the business and forbid him to ever show up in front of his face or on countless private property his dad own Allen’s last thing his dad ever said to him was. All this for some random girl, as Allen talks about his previous life. You suddenly remember, Allen your best friend the man who took your girlfriend. How you ended up in the life, how everything went to shit when he took her from you. In a fit of rage you grab the hot drink from his hand and threw it on his face he screamed but you covered his mouth with your hand to limit the sound of his scream you punch him in gut, all this suffering you’ve experienced over the years can finally be released while enraged you think about nothing else but the ways to make Allen suffer, all the pain you’ve experienced yesterday was numbed you didn’t care you liked the feeling your experiencing at this moment. After a couple of moments passed Allen was badly beaten, you stopped and lay next to him exhausted all the excitement you’ve experienced has passed you think to yourself what have you done. You ask Allen why he took her from you Allen just barely breathing says she manipulated him, she has a way of doing things and getting what she wants even if she destroys other people’s lives she doesn’t care unless she gets what she wants. Refusing to believe what Allen said you wrap your hands around his neck and slowly apply force while looking him in the eyes you see your reflection your anger, rage and frustration. What you’re doing won’t change anything killing Allen won’t do anything it’s all her fault you didn’t see it before, no you couldn’t see it before and Allen help clear it for you. You let his neck go but it was too late Allen laid there lifeless his eyes open staring back at you, you stumbled backwards regretting what you have done but it wasn’t your fault, you were in a fit of rage in fact Allen saved you from digging the hole down deeper for yourself in years that hole in your mind was dark but now...light finally shined things were clearer than they’ve ever been. You think to yourself you can’t leave Allen like this where people might find him and you getting arrested before you could get your revenge, you search Allen’s pockets and find a couple of hundred bucks, you take his shoes and warm jacket along with his blanket put them on and struggle to lift Allens cold dead body up because of your beatdown and fatigue body but finally managing to throw his body inside that dumpster. You struggle to walk, every step just as painful as the next with the money Allen gave you, you find a ran down motel in the area and tried to rent a room the motel manager didn’t even give you a second look and just took the money the manager didn’t ask questions, he doesn’t care as long as he can keep the business going. You took the key from his hand and noticed that yours was shaking, you find your room number and lay down on the soft bed for once in how many months you can’t even remember your laying down in a soft bed. You look to your side and see a bedside alarm clock it was October 2020 you’ve been homeless for 6 years addicted to drinking and drugs you how much money you’ve got left you’ve gotta resist the urge to fuel your addiction you can’t go back down that cold lonely path again you think to yourself you’ve gotta fix your life as it is and get back on your feet to get your revenge no matter what it takes as lay down fatigue took over your body and you slowly fell asleep... I’m tired that took what at least 1h I don’t know how long I’ll edit that shit some other time it was meant to be a short ass sentence but it turned into a big ass paragraph I’ll fix it tomorrow, tired as hell
