@@FraldinhoBJJ As I stated earlier, he's raised the bar so high it's impossible to surpass, let alone maintain. I'm going to be honest here too....female nature being what it is, it's very common for that initial rush of appreciation for something fading very quickly and soon forgotten. Men tend to think of their relationships as equity driven...meaning the more he does for her, the more secure his relationship is. And many men have found out the hard way women don't think in those terms. When she walks out the door (often with little to no warning), he's left going through the list in his mind of all he's done for her. But the harsh reality is, when she's done with you, those things won't matter to her, it's all forgotten and she already has the next guy in the ondeck circle. I'm 64 years old and have seen this over and over, no one's going to convince me I'm wrong.

And THIS, my friend, is why men are opting out of marriage and LTR's in droves. It's not a lack of desire to be in one, but they're realizing the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
