They hate it when you use their own tactics against them. Imagine if you said to a copper "don't follow me" and they continued to do so, would they judge that as harassment?

I had an ex who sexually assaulted me, stalked me & phoned/messaged me day & night for months after I ended it. I reported it all to the police. I was told by a specially trained officer that if I perused the sexual assault & it went to court no one would believe the me because we were in a relationship, they couldn’t do anything for the stalking because he was only coming to my workplace & my family home, & all of the phone calls & messages didn’t ‘qualify’ as harassment because upwards of 15 calls/messages every single day wasn’t often enough. It makes me so fucking angry that this police officer is accusing you of harassment for saying you want to follow a police officer for 5 minutes to their car to see if you can find out what’s in the boxes. Classic case of police putting themselves on a pedestal above the public they’re paid to ‘supposedly protect’ when in reality they walk around with a superiority complex. Thank you AB for all you 🫶🏻
Really sorry to hear that. Sexual assault in relationships is difficult to prove but not impossible. Did they even investigate and question your ex? What is really unforgivable is the police not supporting you afterwards and not prosecuting your ex based on the overwhelming amount of evidence. We live in a digital age, where this sort of shit leaves a digital trail. However, the police are behind the digital space curb and are often just lazy.
Ths may take a while to fully process. The police have no responsibility for your safety. You are responsible. At all times. In all conditions. I know you will have been told that the police are there to keep you safe and to protect you from bad people. But that is not true. YOU protect you from bad people. Britain seems to have lost that understanding. It's still there in the US which inherited the core of British common law. They say it explicitly because there hare been court cases trying to establish that the police have some duty to protect that they do not actually have. So what does this mean for you? British law sets out the parameters of self defence. Reasonable force in the circumstances. That's the bottom line. YOU have to defend yourself. Not optional. Not a choice. You HAVE to. And if you don't you may end up like Sarah Everard or the many other women who have been murdered either because the police didn't want to know when reports were made or because the police themselves have no regard for your life and limb. I appreciate the above is unpleasant and probably not what you would like to hear. But learning how to effectively defend yourself gives you the chance that the police don't. Defending yourself works. Considering you are most likely in the UK you are probably going to be given bad advice on self defence if you go to the 'authorities' for it. Learn from American sources and learn from what first generation feminists did to protect and defend themselves, and to advance the interests of British women. Again, what they did worked. And they didn't rely on a single policeman for it.
But if something bad did happen and the person who did it had been hanging around the police station filming the police would get blamed for not questioning the perpetrator
@@graham5426 If a bank or a jewellery shop gets robbed - do the police get blamed for not questioning everybody who walked past with a mobile phone in their hand? If filming is the problem, why have the police not closed down Google Maps or Google Earth ? If filming is the problem . . . that would mean no more CCTV, no more traffic cameras, no more security cameras.
Imagine if some scandal comes out later about this force and them getting rid of evidence - the auditor will have proof! That is good enough for me as we cannot trust police and although Bournemouth police are the worst imo Surrey police are confortably running just behind them! We pay for the police and we should be watching them at all times since they cannot or will not watrch themselves. Look at Couzens and carrick to mention just two! Who was watching them even though fellow officers called onr The Rapist? Is there evidence in those boxes of others that they cannot be treansported securely in case the wrong people get to see what is inside?

The way some police officers just walk off/talk on their radio during a conversation tells you everything. They think you don't deserve their attention.

If there was in the future some sort of criminality in surrey's police and an investigation had to take place but the evidence had been removed this could be very useful video content to bring those on camera in to give evidence. Good work
Fantastic man, great evolution of auditing, to flip their ridiculous line of suspicion and questioning back on them was genius. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't been done before, but i guess its quite a subtle coercion of our freedom, the method seems to be, make the public feel the MUST explain themselves in any given situation to a member of 'authority'. Its really great to see what you've done here.. I wonder how long it will take this penny to drop, or will they always use the same subtle linguistically coercive tactics, and justify it.
The young bearded copper showed a great sense of humour and composure whilst trying to process what was going on in front of him. He showed remarkable restraint in a "wind up" situation.

Its not up to the police whether you follow someone or not as as you rightly said.. Harassment needs to be on at least two separate occasions for it to constitute harassment.

How long has it been since police have been told that photography is not a crime. Yet it seems that the majority of police interaction with photographers is all about trying to find away to get you to incriminate yourself so they can charge you with a crime, all while they're pretending to be your friend. The officer in the dog van was nice and professional. He enquired as to what you was doing. Understood that you are doing a lawful activity and left you alone. A fantastic example of how it should be done, top marks 😉
He was better than some although shouting at AB from the van was not good, and he also did not identify himself. He also misunderstood the context of AB saying "playing" when he was actually asking what the man in the van was saying and he then used it in his line of questioning. The beanie was also unlikely to be part of the uniform.

My conspiracy theory is that an officer is under investigation and they're either auditing all his case files or they're taking documents/evidence to help mount his defence - just a theory but it sounds plausible in my head 🤔😂

Yet another exelent and informative video AB, I find it rather unbelievable the the British Police have not yet-informed all of their-staff of the rights of the public to film and photograph in public and that they have not informed their staff or implemented a strict uniform and presentation code when they are on duty, the presentation of a charities flag which defames the union flag is atrocious and insulting to the British public.

You should give them advice back like do not abuse your powers ,do not hurt people in police custody ,don’t be corrupt,do not break the law that the rest of us have to comply with.
I would be very suspicious and in my humble judgement considering the large quantity of items being moved from a police headquarters at anyone time surely required a more practical and discreet method of shipment of such a large consignment of items. Keep up the great videos and stay safe.
