I listen to this and I feel way better and my mom introduced it to me and it calms me down a lot I have anxiety and this helps me a lot thank you so much, I used to read books to get my mind off things but it just kept getting worse and crying became regular so I decided to look into more about Christianity and I haven't looked back since. I told my friends and they didn't have a problem with it. And I'm trying to sing but I'm so scared that somebody will make fun of me so I didn't year after year and now I'm 13 trying to sing and praise. this is one of the best Christian albums I've heard in a long, long time. I enjoy pretty much EVERY song, ESPECIALLY "Goodness of God" (that one brought tears to my eyes for a few days), and "Peace." Goodness of God ... is my lifelong Testimony (I relate to it, all my life). Peace ... because there is a lot of pressure and darkness camping around me.
