It is a problem with majority of things even movies and other creative arts. If one things works and gets the tons of money then automatically everything gets along witb that line. All in all, nothing new 🙂
You do not know much about this game, do you? Backpack is an okay starter item, but no, you can craft many bags or other carry transporters easily and earlier. So, it's not a good choice at the beginning. And you suggest leaf clothes, really? Are you trying to mess up all players with this bad tip? The best starter choice is the coat. With it, you will have 100% protection against almost everything. Sun, rain, and wind will not be a problem. Much better than leaf clothes. The other mistake: did you really suggest increasing your weight by carrying stones to repair your tools? OMG, how noob are you, bro? The first thing you need to do after getting to the main isle is to get obsidian and make your tools with it. They will have much higher durability. So you can grab a few obsidian stones just to leave at your base. And when the tools are nearly breaking, just come back to the base, pick up the obsidian, and repair your tools. Carrying stones will only increase your weight; you must avoid this. And after you move to the next region, you can make your tools using bones. Just kill some animals and you will get more bones to repair your tools anywhere on the island, only when you need them. Another very bad tip or very noob suggestion. By the way, you tried, but you missed the good tips because you do not know enough about the game's mechanics and system. Not to mention mapping at any place is, yeah, a very bad tip too. It is a useless map; you will only lose time mapping at low altitude. Find a high spot on a mountain, go there and map. It will be at least 5 times better than low altitudes.
