Awesome informative video! Ive been through many climates and many survival classes/situations in the military, your "True" Survival kit hits it out of the park. Training with your gear is soooo important and it builds confidence. Home Run!

There are definitely more things you could add to the list but these 5 items are the most difficult to reproduce in the bush and require the most skill to craft.

Absolutely! Being able to stay clean also adds a bit of a humanizing comfort as well when you're out for extended periods of time.

Diarrhea is most often a result of unclean water, unsafe sanitation, or poor hygiene. Scurvy; The symptoms are as a result of vitamin C deficiencies. Weakness Feeling fatigue Sore arms or legs Gum diseases Easy bleeding Myalgia due to carnitine production Roughness of the skin Petechiae Poor wound healing
