7 months op here. Remember everyones journey is different, you are progressing each video. I know what it is like !! Personally everyday is a fight to get stronger and to see only a 5% progress every 3 weeks was hard at first but it adds up . Keep going .. next yr around this time we will be glad we never gave up .

Sorry to hear about your recovery progress being slower than you expected. One of the things that I learned is to be patient through this process. I am still at early stage week 8, I can walk around in a Vacoped boot at a very fast pace and 6,000 steps per day which makes me really happy. One question, did you start your PT early on or recently started?

I have subscribed. Very interested in you rehab. I'm over sixteen months since rupture, non-op, age seventy-eight. Can't do a one leg calf raise at all. Had to stop calf work and stationary bike for five months because of peroneal tendonitis. Slowly getting back to those w/o pain. I've tried the EMS, but doesn't seem to do much. I've just realized that my injured foot has less feeling than the other. With a new pair of max cushion shoes the cushioning is obvious with the good foot, but not the injured. Some sort of nerve issue? I think you are doing pretty well because you are able to activate the calf and do at least a partial calf raise. And you are able to do a double calf raise and resist with the injured side on the way down. I would be excited to be able to do either of those things! You have a good start. Slower than you'd like, but you are on the way.

appreciate the kind words sir and sorry to hear about the tendonitis trouble! it must be very frustrating to pause the rehab plan. glad to hear you are able to get back to some of them. I think comparing with yours, mine looks easy. wish us both the persistence to keep the rehab plan going
