"Surviving" LOL!!!! I've survived Slab City, for a while now! I've never felt safer than when I moved to Slab City. Living in my car on the streets of normal cities was far scarier and dangerous than any day I have ever had in Slab City. My first full night's sleep in 6 years was when I finally arrived here and got to look up at the beautiful clear sky and watch meteor showers. This place is amazing.
@@a.s.t.n Good one, I remember when people cared about genuine people, but I guess you just love celebrities who get monetization off the suffering of others. I watched many people die while I have been here, your favorite youtuber just made thousands off their deaths and gave nothing to the community for the money he made off their lives. Have a good one, and I hope you don't get murdered viciously, it would be a really good story too.

First of all Jimmy is probably the only one that would or did give stuff to them but you wouldn’t know that cause you just focus on the bad. He gives money every day to people who need it more than you and I. I understand the whole exploitation for views type of deal. But this guy isn’t a Logan Paul or Danny Mullen he’s actually a good guy and did this before his massive growth. Looks like he made some peoples days while he was there too, again, even before he was making millions. Stop making assumptions about people and get in contact with them yourself and you’ll see. Anything down around Salton Sea is just really odd! My dad and step mom lived on the west side of the sea at Salton Sea Beach for years. When we went there we knew anything goes! Crazy place!

Dude, Slab city is the same place as Stab City in GTA 5. You can drive out into the desert and it's got that crazy little painted hill thing. Looks just like it. I've also experienced this same sort of thing with a Tony Hawk game. There's a Hawaii level in Underground 1 or 2 (not sure which one). And I went on a trip to Hawaii once and I recognized the beach I was at from the video game. Very strange.
I wouldn't worry too much, he changed the kinds of videos to helping homeless etc and has over 500000 subscribers, probably over 1m by the end of the year.
There was a movie called into the wild.. And part of it was Christopher (the main role, but true story.. Real name)... spending some time there. And attending live music on their stage there.
That's the dairy farms you passed. Slab City isn't passable to Calipatria, there is only 1 road to it, and you have to go East from Niland. Calipatria is South of Niland. 🤷♂️
