I used Allevia (imo, more effective than Clarityn and Benadryl). I also take Beconase nasal spray, and Optrex double action hydrating eye drops. It's also good to lightly coat the inside of your nostrils with vaseline to trap any pollen from going up your nose.

I’m allergic to grass and trees and what makes it worse is I’m allergic to anti histamines!!

Be careful of nasal sprays ...read somewhere that it can be detrimental especially over prolonged periods.

3 treatments of the Bowen technique deals with hat fever symptoms for a whole season. My son has the most terrible debilitating hay fever and after 3 treatments it was no existent . Black seed oil is also brilliant

Going on holiday to Turkey , 1 week of sea and sun gets rid of hayfever for whole year . Sea water up ur nose is the best.

@@thehop639 I do bruh, sea water up ur sinuses is the best natural remedy. And Turkey doesn’t have high pollen because it’s more dry. Also more bees. London is way too green and has a lack of bees.
