Here are my 5 Tips for Surviving ADHD. As a neurodiverse individual, I've grown up feeling like a bit of a failure at times. Often, because things that seem so simple for others, just won't stick with me. It sucks. Getting diagnosed and learning that my brain is looking for different things was a huge wake up for me. It is okay to do things differently. So, stick around while I share my 5 most helpful tips for surviving ADHD.
