All 3 Metallia passive debuffs stack for big dmg. The Pink is taken care of by SS Neck so you never need to use it. Blue is taken care of by RPG resonance 900+ (but only when it’s EVOd…) so in CE with rocket chill debuff its fine to spam green skill. However in EE you need to alternate green and blue (unless/until you EVO rocket, but dont aim for it, just if rng happens know you can just spam green after rocket evo). Also the debuff lasts 20s after the last hit.
