Survivor's Bane - Maximum Settings; Maximum Effort - All Best Pickups 

For any who wonder how I do it: A PS5 controller is required. I have MS, so using a controller is the only way I can play this game at all.
This game mode seems derivative of the Dead Ops hidden mini game in COD Black Ops. Given the mingling of Blizzard and Activision assets, it seems reasonable to guess this game mode was at least inspired by Dead Ops.
