Lets keep it real, Nadiya getting sent home first helped Get Natalie the win, since she wasn't looked at as a threat until she snaked Jon, Alec, and Baylor. ONE OF MY FAVORITE WINNERS EVER
I preferred this season to many others cause unlike other recent ones with Tyson tony etc the winner didn't dominate the whole time to the point where u wanted someone to beat them. Natalie came out of nowhere and assassinated everyone lol
Yes but Jeremy’s departure did it as well. Both Baylor/Missy and Jon/Jaclyn duos used her as a 3rd wheel and as you said, she was a non threat which made it unlikely she’d get the boot in any way. Other than the f4 where she probably should’ve went but Keith was still there.
It's the curse of Blood vs Water, each person with a loved one who got first boot got to the final 3. Marissa was the first to go in Blood vs Water and Gervase got the final 3. Nadiya was the first to go in San Juan Del Sur (Blood vs Water 2) and Natalie got to the final 3. And won.
This season had a frustrating pre-merge but became really great after the merge. Ironically Worlds Apart came along and did the complete opposite, great pre-merge but post merge was very slow and ploddy.
Nadiya: Would like to see her play on her own, she may have a lot of potential. Val: Liked her but she should have played her damn idol! John: No response. Drew: Good. Bye. Kelley: Honestly extremely robbed and I'm so glad she got her second shot. Dale: Ruined his daughters game because he had no social game himself Julie: I actually really liked her! Shame she quit. Josh: Fantastic strategist that needs to return Jeremy: Played very well, he showed that in Cambodia too. Wes: Very funny game but was slightly annoying. Reed: Same as Josh, plus I enjoyed his villainous side. Alec: More likeable than his obnoxious brother but was never fully in the game. Jon: I really hope he returns he is a great player that fell victim to the greatness of Natalie Anderson Baylor: A little bratty but entertaining nonetheless. Keith: Enjoyed him this season, surprise comp beast. Missy: Didnt really like her at all to be quite honest. Jaclyn: I definitely want to see her return, enjoyed her! Nat: AMAZING.
I really don't see the popularity of Jon. He actually didn't play a strong game at all. Weren't many of the moves done by Jon and Jaclyn her idea? To me she is the much stronger player and the one that deserves a second chance. Her and Baylor(Who I feel is hated on too much, mainly due to how her Mom was.).
Natalie’s game was played out perfectly. She stayed in a majority alliance and lasted low. She “messed up” a vote and took out Alec. Then she blindsided Jon while he had an idol. And then she played an idol on the intended target and took out Baylor. This led to her not even being the biggest threat because she saved Keith for last and her gamble payed off and Keith was voted out
SurvivorIce Yeah, Cagayan being viewed as one of the best seasons can and will make a season look bad, regardless of it's actually quality. The same happened to Africa coming after The Austrialian Outback, All-Stars coming off after Pearl Islands, Fiji coming after Cook Islands and Nicaragua coming after HvV
As much as I used to not like Baylor, she's not that bad. She handled the blindside VERY maturely and I kinda felt bad for her. Good for you Baylor. c:
I personally think she would've faired better if she didn't have to play with her mom plus she handled the blindside much better than her mom did, which shows that she has a sense of maturity.
Seriously, why don't more people talk about Natalie? San Juan del Sur was my first season and no other winner so far has impressed me as much as she did.
I'm surprised Keith made it as far as he did. I was expecting him to get out like in the middle, but he made it to FOURTH, and he's coming back for Cambodia! Hopefully he watched more episodes of the show.....
as a fan of survivor when I see someone quit the show it just breaks my heart because that spot could of went to someone who really really wanted to be on the show
Well, part of that has to do with the fact that they intended to have So Kim and her sister compete, but they had to drop out at the last minute because of health reasons. Because of that, the Male-Female balanced was lopsided 10-8. Combine that with an all female final 3 and a female quitting the game, and that's why there were almost like no females vote outs.
Natalie: Bad bitch! Amazing winner! Jaclyn: She is a queen and she really did play the game. I would just like to see her come back again and play without Jon's influence. Missy: Strategically actually kind of good while socially horrible. Keith: Let's be honest, he had no idea what he was doing out there! But entertaining as hell! Baylor: A spoiled brat. Jon: Good overall player. Would love to see return. Alec: Pretty dumb. Didn't do much other than think he was better than he really was. Reed: Once he escaped Josh's shadowed he flourished as a player. We NEED him to come back ASAP! Wes: Like his father, a bit dimwitted. Jeremy: Great player. And we saw that play out in Cambodia. Josh: Amazing player who's game was ruined by Keith, Alec, and Wes's inability to treat Jaclyn with the respect she desired as a woman. Another one who needs to play again. Julie: Forgettable. Dale: Horrible social game. Just horrible. Kelley: Amazing player who's game was ruined by her father. Ended up playing one of the best games of all time in Cambodia. Drew: SO HORRIBLE! Who told him he was so great!? Because he is really so horrible. John: He's just a bigoted sore loser. Val: A lot of potential for a strong female. Sadly an early boot. Nadia: The quieter, yet still sassy, twinnie. Wish she lasted longer!
Kelly sucks all she did was find idols there was a reason she needed the idols all the time she didn’t make relationships but was seen as a strategic threat for god knows what reason
@@mitchtrubiscuit7876 1 kelly does not suck 2 do you understand how hard it is to play from the bottom she did that in Cambodia for the whole game 3 her finding idols is apart of her gameplay 4 she won some challenges too
PanicAtThePilotsBoy17 idols shouldn’t be apart of her gameplan how come everyone hates Ben and Devens and calls them terrible players when they played basically the exact same game Kelly isn’t good and she’s annoying as hell
Kelly's one of the choices to bring back for season 31! Check out my channel for more info. (If you can't find it, just search "Survivor 31 cast" into RU-vid and you should find it.
I honestly felt like she could’ve made it further if she didn’t leave. Although it may seem like she was targeted, she really wasn’t a threat. She possibly could’ve made it to the final 3 tbh
If there's another special season ahead i hope it's Heroes vs Villains II HEROES: Brenda (21-26) - Jane (21) - Kelly W. (29-31) - Natalie (29) - Kim (24) - Tasha (28-31) - Joe (30-31) - Mike (30) - Terry (12-31) - Savage (7-31) - Ozzy (13-16-23) VILLAINS: Kass (28-31) - Ciera (27-31) - Abi María (25-31) - Missy (29) - Corinne (17-26) - Twila (9) - Tony (28) - Todd (15) - Ken (17) - Rodney (30) - Phillip (22-26) - Dreamz (14)
There's just too many people on your list I wouldn't want to see. Tasha, Savage, Ozzy, Missy, Phillip, and Rodney are prime example. Plus Nat is not a hero. Villain is not synonymous to hated. I'd say replace with Holly (21), Lisa (25), Jeff (25), and Keith (28,31) on the Hero tribe, add Nat to the Villains and add Troyzan (24) and Jon (28)
surviving survivor Lol yeah right you watched it wrong. The seasons players were actually one of the most strategically proactive players the series had ever seen.
+Josh Bensen Nobody said they were the best strategists, but unlike many other players in many other seasons, those people were not afraid to make moves, even if some of them backfired. I absolutely loved the season, especially post-merge, because it was absolutely unpredictable and in the end, the best player won.
Kelley going before Missy? Now that was a travesty. In my opinion it should've been Missy followed by Dale. Julie you were still in the game. You could have definitely gotten to at least the final six or seven.
My favorite thing about this season is we started with less females then males this season and we still ended the game with 3 women at the end epic as hell in my opinion 😂
We got a small taste of what Kelley could do with Drew's elimination and Why did Julie quit??!! Out of all the people I have seen quit she had perhaps the best potential of getting deep in the game.
He would've won if he was in the final three. Jeff asked the jury himself at the reunion show, and if Natalie was on the jury, it would have been 4 votes Keith, 3 votes Missy, 1 vote Jaclyn.
Nadiya: I really wish she made it farther, had potential like her sister Val: also wish she made it farther, got screwed by exile and Baylor Jon: I liked him, I think he just went home because of Natalie and him fighting @the challenge Drew: Probably the dumbest to ever player survivor, hope to never see him play again Kelly: had potential, screwed by dale Dale: I enjoyed him other then the first EPSIODE Julie: wish she didn't quit, I think she could of went far Josh: good player, wouldn't mind seeing come back Jeremy: great game cut short, redeemed himself in second chance Wes: very funny, no gameplay Reed: loved reed however I think he overused the villain card for attention Alec: Dumb like his brother Jon: Jon is one of my least favorite survivors ever, his gameplay was terrible Baylor: Good tv, sometimes annoying Keith: Funny surprise challenge beast Missy: couldn't stand her, had the same feelings as a robot Jaclyn: Didn't mind her, didn't play the best game Natalie: love her
Aright season and worthy winner. I am on the fence regarding Blood vs Water theme. It did not pan out as well as the first one. Jury member with loved one in the final would likely always vote for their loved one no matter what. Jon voted for her girlfriend and Baylor for her mother knowing that Nat was the best player. Jaclyn should have won had she wise up and eliminated Nat but she didn't and it was million dollar mistake.
Jordan Hudson When was she portrayed as lazy?. I didn't see it on the show. You are probably right she would have hard time convincing the male jury to vote for her over Keith.
This season is the reason I hope Survivor never does a Blood vs Water ever again. Weak loved ones teamed up with weak players and got rid of good players. That's why this season wasn't good. One World was the worst of them all.
Can barely remember this season. Didn't like it. HATED the blood vs water concept the first time, hated it again this time. But at least the first time had returning players who were interesting. This cast except Natalie (and Nadiya I suppose) annoyed me. Thank goodness Natalie won.
This season is SOOO much better on a rewatch trust me when you see this again knowing what’s about to happen everything just makes so much more sense and it’s much more enjoyable. It lets you really see the very small moves Natalie has been making very early on that helped her in the long run. I will admit that the pre merge was a bit slow but like dale and Kelly were strategically not bad. Especially dale the episode after his daughter got out he almost got them to vote keith out instead. The merge episode was so intense because it was a josh vs Jeremy thing where Jon and jaclyn were the swing votes constantly changing their vote throughout the episode making it so nerve wrecking and awesome.. only for julie to quit and extending this showdown which ends in Jeremys favor. Then usually we see a pagonging happen but nope! Jeremy gets blindsided by his own alliance except Natalie. This is where Natalie starts pushing her moves a bit further and more Impactful. Reed being an amazing strategist coming up with a masterful plan to blindside Jon something Natalie would love given he betrayed her but no! She wants to make him think she’s still with him so using her strong instincts after keith says stick to the plan she makes him use his idol stopping reed on his tracks. Honestly this was a crucial under the radar move that propelled natalies chances given that reed would of had a stronger chance and grip on the game moving forward with a 4-4 split. Now that wes is gone reed is easily picked off and Natalie spends her time strengthening her bond with Jon and jac so that there is no way they would turn on her. They were so blinded by natalies social prowess that they buy natalies fake story on the Alec blindside.. even though they questioned it mainly jaclyn they still ended up believing Natalie because of how good she had them wrapped around her fingers. Only to see a very effective use of a three way tie vote to get out Jon and then using her idol to split the last pair Baylor and missy so that she puts herself in the best position possible where missy keith and jac are all more closer to Natalie than they are with each other.. making it impossible for them to turn on her. This season had a lot of good fake winner edits that ultimately led to natalies winner Edit that slowly unraveled once josh and Jeremy are voted off.
Julie omg Jon was a jerk and was one of the most annoying contestants this season. Think how Natalie feels with her sister gone for more than a month. Utterly Ridicolous
Missy had a leg injury and posed no challenge threat. Whether Baylor or Missy is voted out, it's a free jury vote since they are family members. It was advantageous to have at least one of the two most hated players that season in the finals, but Natalie opted to switch from the obvious vote of Jaclyn so it would look like she was in control.
Dude It was boring not the people the way it was in general and the winner of that season did not deserve it I will not say it beacause it could be a spoiler to someone else
How's he mr stick to the plan Natalie only won beacause she was mad that Jeremy was voted out and that moment was the time Natalie went from a piece of trash to a strong player
