Surya Ashtakam is the devotional Prayer to Lord Surya (Navagraha Planet Sun). Surya Ashtakam is taken from the ancient Hindu text Samba Puranam. This Hindu Sanskrit stotra was told by Samba who is the son of Lord Sri Krishna and Jambavati. Surya Ashtakam is a Hindu devotional prayer that consists of 8 paragraphs of texts. This is one of the most powerful Navagraha prayer songs to Lord Surya.
