What makes her special is that she's a completely normal person. That's paradoxic? ;-) I don't think so. "Normal" in the best way possible. No drugs, no extravagant outfits, married for nearly two decades, mother of two kids, no scandals. But then she goes up on stage and sings with a voice that brings back every bit of sorrow and happiness you have ever felt in your life. Aaaaah Susan, that's so cool!

This band are just the best that can be. They have it all. Great musicians, fantastic vocals from Susan so much emotion in her delivery. Then you have Derek, a fantastic guitarist.
one in a lifetime vocals and beyond superb guitar licks.....doesnt get much better than susan male or female....shes up there with bb or srv................all great guitar players and great vocalists
what i like about susan is the contrast between her sweet little voice when she´s speaking and the ultimate rockbitch (janis joplin-ish quality) sound when she´s singing.
I saw Her on her 1st debut tour way back in the 90’s in Houston She opened up for Buddy Guy , Dr. John and The Great BB King we met her after her performance and she was so modest and just a class act !!! I’m glad she is doing well in her career !!!!

Far to underrated, if she was a Pop Artist she would surpassed them all in popularity and fortune and fame. Her Talent level is off the charts playing instruments writing composing singing he does it all while being married and raising two children
There was a singer named Kathi McDonald that she sounds like a reincarnate of. And Janis Joplin was my first concert in Tampa with bb king. This girl has won my heart and respect over to her can't get enough I'm sorry that it took so long to find out about her. And yes what a contrast in her singing and talking voic. I absolutely love her

Been following Susan Tedeschi's career since I first saw her warming up the audience at a Bob Dylan concert in 1999. Dylan was so impressed he made her come out and sing with him. She definitely plays a better guitar than in this performance. I can't figure out why this wonder has never won a grammy. Her voice compares to Adele and Bonnie Raitt and like Bonnie plays a mean blues guitar.
i think her attire is simply what she likes to wear....she's got the talent.......and the fact that she's hotter than a 5 alarm fire is just a bonus......she's the whole package.!!!!
ya gotta say - great bluesy vocal performance (if sub_Raitt) from Tedeschi, and ya gotta say - excellent geetar solo (pity she just lost it at the end) ... Her problem is, like hubby she finds it hard to connect with the audience - he can get away with it - she should work on it ...
