This exposition begins to explain to me why the eastern practices I've followed are so beneficial, but do not have to be part of any "spiritual" path. We are here for the JOY and EXPANSION that life gives us and GROWTH is the result. Death is NOT real and our connection with our Inner Self is the only vibrational reality to keep us sane, safe and less into “humanity”. Your inner guidance comes from your inner self and your inner self directly connects to the Energy that creates worlds. That’s where your leverage is. Academic is not the portal to a vibrational universe and the energy flow of FEELING your feelings. Going within is. Cleaning up resistance and aligning with the Energy, Intelligence of a high frequency presence in the NonPhysical. Our resistance is our struggle. Drama is our reward. Legacy of blood, sweat and tears is our inheritance. The energy that creates worlds is evolving us from caves to condos. From mono to poly. Yet humanity in all its humaning without its connection to a GodSource ( no religion here please) is destroying the diversity that we find in our weaving of vibration first and intellect next.
Wellbeing is being pinched off for centuries. Science can not reduce resistance and the sense of struggle within us. But the waking UP to how powerful we are through pure thinking and pure feeling and LISTEN to the nudges coming from our inner space. Clean up the clutter on your landing strip and impulses from the GodSource might land free of resistance. Be in the receptive mode not the thinking mode and thoughts from your inner self will be your mindscape. And yes we are evolving and wellbeing is still a bigger player than any of the man made horrors. What frequency do you want to be on? Focus and clarity and intention are powerful nonphysical resources but VIBRATION is the very first to give you more of the same if what’s going on in your world. So take heed and shift our vibration through thought and feeling and practice your point of attraction!
Yes, I agree with your overall beliefs. Just don't get sucked into this sham masquerading as a helpful soul. Yes she has a doctorate.. but that does not confer intelligence...only a blatheting need for kudos! In her instance that is.

Probably I have followed a different 4th Way since 1988...but this was name/theory/word-salad. An academic overtaking of Gurdjieffian implementation, which would just distort its understanding. Sorry guys, it was so lacking "essence"...so dry I had to drink water to recover!! But you were gentlemen and did some "conscious suffering" for us all. You are now allowed repentance! Lol!
