Sushi that you can prepare with a tupperware or container at home, super easy!
【Ingredients】
Rice 150g
Water 200ml
Rice vinegar One and 1/3 tablespoon
Sugar One and 1/3 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
(Smoked salmon )
(Tuna)
A can of tuna
Mayonnaise One-two tablespoon
Rice vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
(Scrambled egg)
Egg
A little mayonnaise, water and sugar
[The steps]
⭐️Rice
1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt.
2. Prepare the rice. Wash 150g of rice with water 3-4 times. Add water and let it sit for half an hour to an hour.
3. Drain it and put it in a pot. Add 230ml of water.
4. Cover it and increase the heat to medium high. Reduce the heat to minimum as soon as the water starts to boil.
5. Let cook for 13 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat without removing the lid and let the rice rest for 15 minutes.
7. Pour the rice into a large flat bowl or plate, sprinkle with vinegar and stir to combine.
8. Once the rice has reached the consistency of human skin, cover it loosely with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.
⭐️Sushi ingredients
•Cut the salmon according to the size of the container.
•Mix tuna with mayonnaise and vinegar.
•Mix mayonnaise and water. Add the egg and sugar. Prepare scrambled egg.
⭐️Sushi
1. Line a tupperware container with transparent film and spread the salmon on top.
2. Place scrambled egg on top.
3. Pour half of the rice.
4. Place tuna.
5. Add the rest of the rice.
6. Put the transparent film and push well.
7. Place something like a weight on top and leave it for at least 1 hour.
8. Remove the transparent film. Place the sushi on a plate facing the other side.
9. Cut it into pieces.
