I made a video like this a couple years ago where I showed how I build my pedals, and it occurred to me recently that the bulk of the process and the equipment in that video was already out of date, so I decided to do an updated take on it. I reused the same backing track though, because who has time to record new music these days?

So cool! Although, gotta admit... I didn't see as much of the unbridled sass in this time lapse as I was hoping for. Maybe include it in the next one? ;) Waiting on Canadian customs to release my in-the-mail Underground Accelerator, so that I can happily join the Sushi Family. Maybe it's taking so long because they're awestruck by the design lol

Sweet vid for sure! Could I suggest creating a brief tone demo for each of the pedals? I'm trying to pick a 'growl' pedal and I'm having a hard time choosing between...... well, all of them really. lol.

Lol that just means you have an original Black Eye, whereas this is a Black Eye II. It replaces the original tonestack with a James bass/treble stack and has a bass boost toggle switch for a little more low end response. The original has always been great on guitar, but the goal of Black Eye II was to make it more friendly for bass as well.
