I just started watching your videos! You’re great! I love Miku! I tried the waffle crispy rice tonight and I can’t seem to get it to look like yours and I cooked it both ways. One for 10 mins and the other for 5 mins. The first was so hard like you said. The 5-6 min one was just not great texture. Yours look so beautiful though 😮
The end result looks so appetising! I think i will enjoy this best with softer crispy rice, how long did you leave it on the waffle maker to not make it too crispy?
That’s a very creative idea by using rice to make sushi waffles that look delicious and healthy. I tasted Rice hamburgers in Taiwan’s McDonald’s but Sushi waffles are more creative. Great video ❤👍
Oh no... poor Miku! Poor you! We found that skunk smells never truly goes away... if our pupper get wet, the smell returned with a vengeance (but did eventually go away over a long period of time). The only thing that really worked for us was the Nature's Miracle enzymatic de-skunker.

Hi Su! I'm Shi! :-) Our local all-u-can-eat sushi place serves sushi pizza -- salmon with spicy mayo on a deep fried crust of sushi rice. Your lightly browned waffle rice would make a much better crust. (Theirs is grossly greasy.)
Not a fan of crisp rice vs softer rice, might also be good topped with cocktail shrimp, sea food salad, or even something like catfish nuggets or salmon spread.
I would sooner canola oil than a Teflon waffle maker, or anything made with Teflon for that matter. Literally there’s a whole documentary about it the devil you know I think is what it’s called.
