प्रणाम गुरुजी🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 गुरुजी मेरे शरीर में पहले इतनी क्रिया होती थी इतना शरीर हिलता था की में ध्यान नहीं कर पाता था लेकिन अब शरीर में होने वाली सारी क्रियाएं सब लगभग खत्म हो गई है अब ध्यान की गहराई और स्टेबलेलिटी बड़ गई है समय भी बड गया है आप यह बताए की मुझे अनाहत नाद कब सुनाई देगा

अभी और स्थिरता आएगी।जब पूरी शरीर पाषाण की भांति स्थिर होगा।हिलना-डुलना वाइव्रेशन में बदल जाएगा।पूरे शरीर में प्रवाहित होगा।तब अनहत नाद भी सुनाई पङेगा।आपके अनुभव बहुत अच्छे हैं।

Without self experiencing nobody can talk about meditation. Only 1% people meditate on this earth. To run a Meditation channel is a very hard decision.I am practicing meditation daily otherwise it is not possible.I am a government teacher not any professional.After meditation somehow, sometimes I shoot video to share my self experience.

Actually I started meditation in diabetic stage.I used to walk for one hour daily.used to practice Anulom vilom pranayama, kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayama.but in meditation body energy level increased dramatically.further meditation changed in kundalini meditation.Om mantra, bandha, different types of mudras and pranayama are happening automatically.day by day I am feeling more energetic and healthy.I think meditation is a advance health science.subject of research and training.

On physical level you practice Naukasana (boat pose). And practice Om Mantra Chanting on prana Level .It will directly work on your Navel Chakra.Everyday day I feel it.But you Need some practice.Within a month it will work on your body system.

🙏🙏 I have activated shushumna few months back. First energies (liquid) came upto heart but by regular meditation it is in circle . When me forehead gets filled with csf it comes down from cheeks with my head turns back. I feel pressure sensation in agya chakar but i don't feel any chakara has activated. What should i do?
