@@1richnasty The judge could have saved the thugs life had he used a little bit of common sense and listened to the officer when he told him the man said he was going back.
Live by the sword, die by the sword, and Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time immediately come to mind. Thankfully no innocents were seriously injured....
@Slightly Better Than Average Joe Have you ever ended someone's life? Do you even know what that feels like? Have you ever been involved in a home invasion? Now, I may not have any sympathy for this criminal's death, but when you consider the failure to secure this criminal that subsequently led to the scenario in which the civilian had to take his life, this is very much indeed tragic.
@@johnanthony2333 My real name is William Munny, from Missouri.... Interesting you blame a system over an individual's actions. I see you have been infected by the communist bug. My sympathies....
“It all could have been avoided” That’s right; His decision to break in a home got him killed. HIS own actions led to his death. Stay out of other peoples’ property.
And he didn't just break in, like maybe he breaks in and then says, "I need to get in, I have personal papers hidden in the room I used to live in" or something, that's not worth killing the guy over. But the fact that he attacked a guy who was sleeping in the front room, that's why this guy needed to be made ded.
Biden holds gun manufacturers liable for felons misusing weapons, society ought to be able to sue judges when they let go felons and commit crime after their release.
Right on. What hell is wrong with the state of Cali doing their best to keep the criminals free and well fed, while running law abiding citizens and businesses out of the state.
The judge? There law says innocent till proven guilty, if he was held before trial you'd say the judge is taking his constitutional rights away. This man got shot while breaking into his old house, it played out the way out should have. Americans need to stop pointing the finger, it's like you guys don't know right and wrong anymore.
@@johngoldsberry3976 - Yeah, when we were young we used to laugh at grandpa pointing out the car window and saying ‘I can remember when there wasn’t anything there’…And now I find myself doing the same thing!
This is what happens when there are no consequences. That applies to criminals who get slaps on the wrist, and judges who don't uphold our laws and are protected by immunity.
I will agree with you, if you also include cops being held accountable for attacking or killing innocent citizens, or just using pretext to make their arrest quotas at the end of the month. Also accountability for D.A.s and Judges must include accounting for them abusing their authority against the innocent, using the court system (and corrupt probation officers) to extort money from people on parole, and levying fines against the helpless in order to fill the public coffers. So yes, accountability, but not just accounting for them being lenient, but also accounting for them being cruel and or vicious and for abusing people's constitutional rights.
The "judge" Let out a violent criminal, because he doesn't give damn. That's the real tragedy!! Thankfully the victims were able to defend their lives.
I feel bad for the homeowners. While it is a good thing that they were able to defend themselves, killing someone is a very weighty thing to carry. Not all wounds are visible.
if they are taking away qualified immunity of police they should take away immunity of judges…they need to be held accountable for their stupid decisions
In our county" we the people" voted out a judge in the election cycle. If judges start getting voted out of a job they will listen and pass judgement accordingly.
Home owners did what the "judge" wouldn't. This "absolute immunity" needs to end now! Just a matter of time before a judge's home or one of their relatives get a boomerang effect from their own non action.
Ive got a bad feeling for this homeowner. This state doesn't like citizens defending themselves against evil, even though they leave us no other choice
I dunno, I'm sure the two residents would rather not have had to visit a hospital, interact with cops, or have to shoot someone. Would have MUCH preferred to go about their day unmollested. I'm not weeping for the criminal here, but to say this was "great" or "magnificent" is a bit of a stretch...
Is like the journalist is suprice when she says “ as right know no body has been charged for the fatal shooting” she forget to say that the residents were lucky to have a gun to protect themselves from the criminal.
The Judge ,along with most politicians are now using taxpayer dollars to have armed protection and fenced and gated communities. Think about that as they continue to erode our way of life and force us to become the "law" for our loved ones and property. These people are sick.
I should be a judge. Life, no bail, one incident inside is instant chair. We need judges with a backbone and a society that will back them up. But no, we got cowards releasing criminals.
In the interest of the state of California..this judge should step down..this judges ability to ignore an officer's protection order .. means his mind is clouded..
How is the judge responsible for the guy kicking in the door and attacking the homeowner? The victims here are the people who were in their home and forced to defend themselves.
If a judge breaks the law they are not immune from prosecution or professional sanctions up to removal are available for unethical behavior that is not criminal, but their decisions based on their good faith interpretation of statutes and precedent are immune from civil suits.
Not all cops are charged. In fact when cops get caught breaking the law that is bad enough they are fired and they just go cop some place else, rinse and repeat. You only hear about the most egregious cases. The whole bases on not criminally charging is up to the DA, or prosecutor and they are not going to fool with a cop let alone a judge that can make their life miserable. All this nonsense is base on a made up idea of Qualified Immunity. All governmental employees have it. From the street sweeper all the way up to the white house, congress, and scotus.
Something is hidden in that home. He wasn't going to stop until he retrieved it. He wanted his stash. Glad the residents are okay. Thank you Judge for your part in making this problem go away.
HE is the reason for his own death. It's the judges fault he was released and let him harass the same family. Shame on this judge. They have no business being a judge
It was the "victim's" own CHOICE to return to said dwelling where he broke in & assaulted an occupant resulting in a second occupant defending the residence against the criminal actions of the now-decedent.
It is for the person that had to shoot him. Even though people are trained to do this I imagine it makes them sick when they have to take a human life even though it is justified.
@@spoffy100 This assumption that those forced to kill in defense of self or others will suffer PTSD is false. Where the defender enjoys moral clarity, there is no long-term harm.
This is a perfect example of “ play stupid games win stupid prizes” This guy got arrested for attempting to break into a house, and goes back when released, and gets shot and killed. You had to know that you should stay away from this house.
Homeowner did the right thing somebody enters your home, you need to protect yourself and your love ones! The fault lies with the judge who released him to go back to that home.
🙄 The neighborhood is "reeling" up the spring wind mechanism, on the drum magazine for their AK-47's for the next criminal. And a midnight visit to the "judge" and _his_ family.
It's good a citizen stepped in to provide justice, the judge certainly wasn't going to do anything to enforce the law. The man's death, is a direct result of a judge's stupidity.
The only tragedy here is that the judge ignores the deputy. However, in this case, the judges decision benefited most; the homeowner has to cleanup and had to spend a round in the process.
It’s about time these judges were held responsible for their decisions they get paid enough but no consequences so they basically think they’re above the law!
I'd like to thank that judge for sparing California taxpayers the expense of supporting that career criminal in the state prison system. Thank you, your Honor!
When judges that know a criminal stated he is going back to finish his crime, they should be given the judges address immediately upon release. That will fix these corrupt judges.
The guy who shot the habitual criminal has a better understanding of justice than this sorry ass judge. You're going to see more of this with the overwhelming lack of accountability nowadays people are going to start taking things in their own hands.
The reporter sounds like she is about to break into tears because a violent offender was stopped before the residents of the house became seriously injured or worse. Judges need to trust their L.E.O.s.
Hey, that's actually an effective way to circumvent the anti-death penalty laws. All of the politicians are about circumventing our rights so it makes perfect sense we circumvent their laws.
