Other than buying a car in a alley I agree with you.I guess that gun he shot that officer with was legally registered. If feared for his life why would he conduct business at night in a alley?? I was thinking the same thing but these criminals are very good fast talkers he might have told him that's the only time he could met him and someone else wanted the car the policeman might have let his guard down because he wanted that type of vehicle
Maybe he felt invincible or that because he was armed and in good shape, he could handle any situation. I used to do deliver meds for pharmacies in the projects. It was stupid, I was lucky was never jumped.

Everytime I was in court the judge made everyone find a seat 🪑 no standing up against the wall 🧱. This is why some criminals walk, treat everyone the same.
What a case. There isn’t any kind of attorney fee that would even be able to put a dent in this case. It’s already over. It has to be a horrible feeling knowing that you’re done being free. Think about that: try to think how it would feel to be in your 20’s and to know that you’ll never live outside a jail again. Your behavior would change. You wouldnt care about things you cared about before this case like money or your safety. You would be forced to think of yourself as a caged bird. Someone who must be kept away from sane people forever. Heavy stuff.

When criminal assaults regular people it takes a long time to find them and when they do catch these criminals are sent back out into the streets the same day. Will this criminal that has warrants walk free today? Such is life

He specifically asked the officer if he had a weapon, and they said no. He took advantage of that. The brother should've just said he was strapped from the jump.

Did white people find God and became good,hard working citizens? No,they were absorbed into a tuff but welcoming society that was in it's burgeoning industrial and economic youth.They became the brick layers,steel workers,asphalt workers,carpenters,fireman,policeman,soldiers and every other Blue Collar worker you can think of.This was a recipe for functionality as opposed to the recipe for disaster forced upon Black people.Black people have fought against it and achieved considerable gains,but the horrific wrongs of the past still achieve their ends in the disproportionate crime and dysfunction of today.

F the police, why not treat every murder person in NY the same way, this guy was off duty he didn't know he was police. If we treat all murders in NY the same way, it would reduce crime. But it appears police on duty or off duty are more important than New York residents and when they are victims of crimes the NYPD put more emphasis in finding the culprits, that bias policing. This is why they need to do away with policing and bring about a new law enforcement agency that put first all it's citizens and not police and their family members first.

If NYPD treat all crimes and victims of crimes the same way this will help reduce crime but instead we have a police force that works like a gang if someone attack one their members NYPD is quick to responding.
