Don't know how he got a hold of the gun you say???!!!?? It's called negligence on the part of the officers. That's the only way this could have happened.

So the police removes the gun from himself and places it closer to the prisoner. Then, cuffed, with his hands behind him the prisoner is able to get the gun and shoot the police. 😐
