Which leads me to ask..what did this stranger do to this woman or her car? As far as I can see, this guy did nothing to her or her car and so she was being childish by giving this guy the middle finger. She did not even know this guy and yet she is giving the middle finger to a stranger when her child is sitting next to her. She is partly responsible for her child's death with the childish display of her middle finger. And being a bad example to her child as well.

I think her boyfriend fits the profile of a sociopath who look for vulnerable people to manipulate and take advantage of. There's no way this woman is doing any of this stuff if she's not with this sociopath. Helps to do a little hw if you're interested in something. You might want to do a little research on sociopaths and abusive relationships because these are the type of people who shoot guns out car windows over some road rage. @robert racy I happen to think it is necessary for civilization to exist. The only debate is what crimes deserve the death penalty. If you have ever noticed, societies that have gotten rid of the death penalty often have the most brutal cops. They think they are the only ones that can deal out justice. South Africa; Brazil, Jamaica, and the Philippines have no real death penalty, but cops there are always taking people out. In my mind it is a question of whether or not you want due process.

That is how it's typically done. The problem is, especially in a state as big as California, that gives you a list of hundreds, maybe even thousands of names. Usually before even a fraction of those names can be looked into those detectives are gonna have several more homicide cases to deal with. They got lucky this time and got a lot of help from the community.
