thanks for this Terry - as a Trade Union representative, I was suspended for 5 months, salary deductions, fabricated allegations - I work in the NHS so it's almost par for the course, stigma etc - I wonder is the employee entitled to give his view whether suspension is appropriate before the suspension is enacted?? - as you know, suspension often means dismissal...
@@krabiah3512no - had a 2-day preliminary hearing in Feb - case is now set for court - 3 weeks - but not until April '25!! - that's the only drawback 🥵🤷😊
@@krabiah3512 firstly, as stated, they are an NHS Trust, so they cannot settle without Treasury approval - secondly, why would I settle?? the leverage & strength is with me - re. recordings, they have deliberately CORRUPTED the 2 zoom meetings & refused my DSAR's, but all this will come out in the wash at the full hearing - finally, the remedy will be big, & the hard work is done now - the only deterrent is that it will go public - but I guess, I will have to swallow that - the same applies to them - awful slow process though 🤷
@@jaymorgan. My case is looking very good. The opposition are contradicting themselves. Don't give up stay the course, they will be exposed in the end.
@@gehanoates885 I had a lawyer take my case on contingency the other day. Already nailed them during the unemployment stage. Do you plan to ask for reinstatement or have them cut the check?
Any decision before knowing what the evidence actually requires one to believe is inherently premature and unjust, regardless of whether the final decision is upheld.
