Placed on deemed suspension 13.04.2022. released from detention on 27.08.2022. reviewed on 28.10.2022(within 90 days of release) with 50%increase effective from 28.10.2022. is this correct.
It depends whether further inquiry is order or not if no further inquiry then you are right No Suspension but if further inquiry is order then ans " a" is correct

Now I have an another job offer from another institution for which I only have one month period to join. Please help . What will be my course of action. Both the institution follows CCS Rules. negotiate with your present employer to issue NoC without mentioning case. If it is a minor misconduct they might consider your case. Otherwise you hv to wait till your present employer finalise the disp proceedings
@@ordersdecoded I have NOC for the selected post, which was obtained before suspension period. I don't even know the allegations. But I am sure, it was because of a leave which was just argument with a senior employee/ Controlling Officer
@@bitupanmazumdar155 in that case try to submit technical resignation and let's see what is the reaction of employer. If they accept. it means they are willing to drop current case
