Car is ~2820lbs with driver (200 lbs) on a 1/4 tank of gas. This video was taken with a passenger so there is an additional 250 lbs (passenger + OEM Pass seat + belts)

Light highway driving shows we are already hitting the bump stops going over road bumps and slight cornering as we turn onto an onramp. Not much suspension travel either. Very interesting experiment which highlights some challenges to overcome with suspension setup. Stiffer rebound and dampening on the shocks could be a possible improvement. The shocks were sent to a shock dyno and reviewed by Bilstein who recommended this valving.
