LDS people sustain Thomas S. Monson, and therefore agree that God banned children of Gay couples getting married for 5 years. God and Jeuss believed it wasnt necessary for 8 year olds to be forgiven of their sins because their parents were gay. But only for a few years. Because God told Nelson later it was chill, because people were sad at God
Do you believe in God? I mean no offense by this, but that is the first important question. Then if so, do you believe in the Bible? Think about the topic of Divorce. Matthew 19:3-12 speaks on divorce, but two verses I would like to point out specifically are 7-8: “7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? 8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.” It is clear that even from before Moses’ time “it was not so”. Does this change the importance or validity of Moses? I would venture to say it does not, but I don’t speak for God where I have no scripture. Moses made divorcement possible despite it being contrary to God’s will, but I do believe that Moses was a great prophet of God. Whether Moses acted against God, or God simply did not command Moses to not allow divorce, the outcome was a policy that did not align with God. However, that does not mean Moses was not a prophet, and especially does not negate all the good he did as a prophet and disciple of Jesus Christ.
