I saw an ad for this pillow on Instagram and I also wasn't too sure about the stomach sleeping position. Definitely looked like it would crane my upper body up too high which causes lower back pain. They should have made it so you could flip the pillow over and had a lower slope on that side. Thanks for the video, and for confirming my suspicion 👍
Due to neck pains i went thru so many different firmness,shapes and filling types of pillow.. very recently I got this one and ..so far so good.. Thanks for clear and helpful review man.
One question i didn't hear in the review.... Does a pillowcase hinder the ability for side sleepers and their arms? That would be my concern. Thanks for a great review! Was concerned about the stomach sleeper position, so may just try one to start with.
Don't listen to advertisements! ! ! I ordered this pillow with high hopes after reading the introduction of the advertisement. After receiving the product yesterday, I was very disappointed with the experience of using it one night. I did not feel the slightest sense of comfort and the feeling of curing insomnia... There's no "trial". They don't return opened items. So if it doesn't work for you, you're out the money. If you ask for a refund they'll offer you a 30% refund to keep the pillow.
I got the sutera pillow tenderly and sadly it didn’t work for me. I noticed a few days later I had dibimitating upper back and eco pain. Which contributed to breathing problems with my controlled asthma. It was I believe a cause. Or a contributing factor along with a coiled other things around the time I started using it. It also bothered my asthma and allergies . So when I stopped using it I felt better.
I got one 3 months ago, it might help your neck to be aligned better than traditional pillows, but it’s too hard and not too comfortable. I m not sure what to say, it’s not what I expected .
its ok, i like it i hate it. still searching for the perfect pillow, some mornings i wake up and throw it and sleep directly on mattress it causes pains in my neck
I got unbranded but identical pillow from the Chinese website for under $25 including shipping to the Netherlands. Although the pillow is a little firm, it provides a good night sleep and NO neck pain or shoulder pain the following morning. I suggest using a pillow case over the existing one.

I've tried many Orthopedic Pillows still couldn't find one that I like. Also maybe because I move a lot side, back, and stomach lol can't find my place. This one sounds like a good one for me.
