Great video I saw all the green bins out yesterday not collected were they short of drivers

Just wondering if anyone would know what the old round garden waste bins used in the Shire in the 90s and early 2000s are called? I've seen them out for collection a couple times over the years and surprisingly they still get collected. From my knowledge there are no markings on the front lid or body.
